I have a genuine interest in teaching and learning, my pedagogy is very much based in reinforcing key skills and mastery of topics. I believe if students take ownership of their own learning, they will become more engaged and this will lead to outstanding progress. I also strongly believe in pupils developing mastery of a subject, rather than just being taught a process without a real understanding behind the methods.
