About Jasmine
My passion for mathematics began at a young age, driven by curiosity about patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I completed a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, acquiring both theoretical foundations and practical problem-solving experience. Over 10 years, I have guided students from foundational concepts to advanced problem-solving, helping them build mastery, confidence, and intellectual curiosity. I teach with clarity, patience, and adaptability, using stepwise explanations, visual aids, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts tangible. I encourage independent reasoning, exploration, and curiosity, ensuring students develop both understanding and self-confidence. My teaching emphasizes conceptual understanding and logical analysis over rote memorization, promoting long-term retention and analytical skills. Outside teaching, I engage with applied mathematics projects, research, and problem-solving challenges, bringing practical relevance into lessons. Observing students grow from uncertainty to mastery, developing both confidence and analytical ability, is the most rewarding part of my teaching career and motivates my continued dedication to education.

Lessons encourage curiosity, independent thinking, and methodical practice to reinforce understanding and mastery.
Lessons are structured according to proficiency. Beginners learn arithmetic, basic algebra, and geometric foundations to develop logical reasoning skills. Intermediate learners study functions, derivatives, probability, and multi-step problem-solving, strengthening analytical ability and structured thinking. Advanced learners focus on linear algebra, advanced calculus, statistics, and exam-oriented problem-solving, emphasizing accuracy, strategy, and efficiency.
