About Madilyn

My journey into mathematics began with a fascination for patterns and logical structure. This interest led me to pursue a B.Sc in Mathematics and later an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I explored both theoretical concepts and real-world applications. Over 12 years of teaching, I have supported students at various academic levels, helping them replace fear with confidence through structured, supportive guidance.

I believe effective mathematics teaching requires clarity, encouragement, and adaptability. I take time to understand where students struggle and adjust explanations to match their thinking style. By emphasizing understanding over speed, I help learners build durable skills that last beyond exams.

Outside teaching, I remain engaged with mathematical research, applied problem-solving, and educational development. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I witness students develop confidence in their ability to think logically and solve problems independently, skills that support lifelong learning.
