About Romy
My journey into mathematics began with a love for logical structure and the satisfaction that comes from solving challenging problems step by step. This passion led me to complete an M.Sc in Pure Mathematics, where I studied advanced algebra, analysis, and the deeper foundations of mathematical reasoning. Over 10 years of teaching experience, I have guided students through a wide range of mathematical levels, helping them build confidence through patient explanation and structured practice.
I believe that every learner can succeed in math when the teaching approach matches their pace and learning style. My teaching style focuses on clarity, breaking down difficult topics into smaller steps, and using examples that make abstract ideas easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions freely and to see mistakes as opportunities for deeper learning. Many students gain confidence when they realize math is a skill developed through consistent reasoning.

In my lessons, I guide learners through algebra, geometry, trigonometry, functions, and introductory calculus with calm explanation and structured support. I focus on helping students develop strong reasoning skills, so they can solve problems confidently instead of relying on memorization. Lessons emphasize understanding the “why” behind each method, making maths feel meaningful and manageable.
Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s stage and goals. Beginners strengthen number fluency, basic equations, and foundational problem-solving habits. Intermediate learners develop deeper algebraic manipulation, graph interpretation, geometry reasoning, and multi-step solution strategies.
