About
I am an enthusiastic teacher who is able to successfully deliver and plan classroom lessons effectively in line with The National Curriculum and a Schools subject plans. I am dedicated to raising attainment levels and ensuring that each learner makes continued progress. I have excellent communication and inter personal skills which makes it easy for me to build a good rapport with learners and colleagues. I am committed to excellence and will always be supportive of a schools aims, teaching styles, methods of assessment and other policies. I possess a proven track record of raising standards through good classroom management, extensive knowledge of current planning and assessment procedures. I have experience of working in a team as well as on my own. I have had a variety of teaching experiences in which I have created and implemented new initiatives, schemes of work and curriculum planning. I have the ability to teach Mathematics and Numeracy at various levels ranging from entry level, GCSE to A' level. I am also able to teach Functional Skills in Mathematics. I am a teacher who strives to bring out the best in each individual student and I never give up. I am now looking for a career advancement opportunity with a school which has the highest possible aspirations for its students.
