About NATHANIEL
My name is Nate. I've finished my Associate of Science degree in mathematics and am currently working on getting my bachelor's degree in applied mathematics. I'm passionate about math, and enjoy helping others understand it better. I understand every students has different things they may need help with, and am ready to help students learn in a personalized way that suits their learning needs best. I've done private tutoring for fellow students in high school and am excited to continue tutoring with a larger variety of knowledge I've learned since then.

I can tutor all mathematics subjects from middle school to associate degree college courses. These subjects include: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, college algebra, pre-calculus, calculus I, calculus II, calculus III, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, and physics. I typically start tutoring someone by having them show me the level of math that they are trying to learn, and go over current/recent homework with them to try and assess specific areas that need development and thoroughly answer any questions there may be regarding the content we are reviewing. At the end of each tutoring session, I assign personalized exercises to be done before our next session based on what concepts and techniques I think will best help further understanding of the discussed content. I can travel to meet for in-person tutoring as well as do online tutoring sessions.

Details
I currently charge $12 an hour for tutoring and can do 1-3 hour sessions. My available days are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. My transportation fee is $10 for travel to Utah county, and $15 for traveling outside Utah county.
