About Ali Berkin
Hello, I'm Berkin. I see mathematics not just as a tool used in exams, but as a system that fosters human creativity within a logical framework. Since my high school years, I have helped students of varying levels in mathematics, physics, and exam preparation. Currently, I am pursuing a career in pure mathematics, and I want to introduce pure mathematics to people and make this field more accessible.

As someone who believes that mathematics should be learned from its fundamentals, I try to answer the "why" question more than the "what" question in my lessons. After learning my student's level and goals, I prepare a program tailored to their needs and follow this plan by adapting it to their pace. We integrate theory and practice in my lessons, focusing more on areas where they are weak. I use plenty of written and visual materials in my lessons and share these materials with my student at the end of each lesson. When necessary, we start from the beginning of the topic, and when necessary, we proceed directly with exam strategies and challenging questions. My goal is for the student to leave the lesson feeling that "I really understand this now." I provide tutoring and consulting for SAT Math, AP Calculus & Pre-Calculus exams, and abstract mathematics topics for students with a particular interest in mathematics.
