About Kartikeya
My interest in mathematics began with a fascination for patterns, equations, and the logical precision involved in solving challenging problems. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics followed by a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences. Over the past 7 years, I have guided students through mathematics learning using patient teaching and supportive instruction. I enjoy simplifying difficult mathematical concepts into manageable lessons that help students improve steadily. Watching students become more confident in solving mathematics problems continues motivating me as a tutor. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and supportive learning instead of pressure or memorization alone. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable exploring mathematical ideas openly.
Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with school students, university learners, and advanced students preparing for examinations and academic assessments. These experiences have helped me understand the importance of flexibility and patience when supporting different learning styles. I use visual explanations, guided calculations, structured exercises, and practical examples to help students progress steadily without feeling overwhelmed. I also encourage learners to ask questions freely and develop independent mathematical thinking naturally.
