About Valerie
I have 8 years of experience teaching Mathematics and helping students build strong understanding and confidence. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, which provided me with a solid foundation in mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques. Over the years, I have worked with students at different levels and helped them improve through structured lessons and clear explanations.
My teaching approach is patient, clear, and focused on understanding. I believe every student can succeed in Mathematics when it is explained in a simple and logical way. I break down complex problems into smaller steps and use examples to make learning easier. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate.
I continue to stay connected with Mathematics by practicing problem solving and improving my teaching methods. Teaching Math is very meaningful to me because I see students grow in confidence and understanding over time. Helping them overcome challenges gives me great satisfaction. Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and learning goals. Beginners focus on number basics and simple equations. Intermediate learners work on algebraic expressions, graphs, and multi-step problems. Advanced students explore calculus, reasoning, and exam preparation. I provide step-by-step explanations, guided practice, and regular feedback to ensure strong understanding. This structured approach supports steady improvement and builds confidence over time.
