About Kazim

After graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2016, I taught mathematics to students of a range of levels and abilities for a year. I helped many students achieve there target grade in order to get into the college/ university of their choice. As well as this, I also taught in a tutoring centre located in East London, teaching students of all ages in groups and individually.

After a tutoring, I begun studying to become a chartered accountant, continuing my exams whilst tutoring. My aim is to help students achieve there target grade so that they can succeed for the future.

About the lesson

I provide a very tailored course that is unique to each student. I start the first lesson by identifying which areas of the syllabus you struggle with the most, and how important the weaknesses are in relation to the syllabus and exam results. Our focus begins there, teaching you the methods and thought process behind the questions so that you are able to fully understand how to tackle your weaker questions.

I provide homework in relation to what we've studied, but will always take into your current homework and workload so that you are not overloaded and stressed - that is never the aim of these lessons. My aim is to ensure every lesson adds value to your knowledge and you are able to take something away to be used and remembered.

Details

The rates vary depending on the level of the student:
Students at KS1 or KS2 national curriculum - £25
Students preparing for Maths GCSE - £30

For students that wish to be taught in groups, £10 will be deducted from the total fee for each student - this is to compensate for how the group session style differs from the one-to-one style of teaching and learning. The first lesson will always be free, in order for us to plan our future lessons and introduce ourselves.
