About Finlay
Hello! I am a mathematics graduate from the University of Manchester who specialised in abstract algebra and geometry. I have been tutoring a broad range of students for years and so I know it is important to create a friendly and motivating environment so students can enjoy their maths! I am enthusiastic about delivering a personalised experience for every student focusing on consolidating the strengths and elevating the weaknesses of each student so that they can achieve their full potential and get the exam results they deserve.

Experienced Maths Tutor. Individually tailored lessons focusing on the needs of each student. Lessons are for students studying GCSE, A-level Maths and Further Maths and are 1 hour or 2 hours in length. Lessons are taught on Zoom and students are encouraged to use pen and paper or tablet to tackle questions head-on! A holistic approach to exams is used focusing on a fundamental understanding of concepts and on time management.
