About Zac
I am a friendly and passionate mathematician, which I feel is important in making sure my students change their mentality when it comes to tackling maths problems. I find that my positive attitude allows my students to get engaged in the work I'm giving them, and in the long run make real progress in their work.

My main approach is focusing on boosting the confidence of students when it comes to attacking problems they may struggle with in the classroom. I find that making students consolidate their knowledge before challenging them is key as it means the high level work is not built on an unstable foundation. I provide one hour lessons, with the option of allocating the final five minutes to a conversation about the students progress. I am a mathematics graduate, and thus fully qualified to help student at any level aged 14-18.
