About Saidy
My name is Saidy, and I am a university senior pursuing two degrees, in Mathematics and English. I have much prior experience as a mathematics tutor at my university, and I am very passionate about helping students understand the subject. I've loved math for many, many years, and was even President of the Mathematics Honor Society in high school and the recipient of my grade's Mathematics Award.
The two subjects I study may sound unrelated, but studying English has allowed me to be able to effectively communicate mathematical concepts in a clear, understandable way. I'm here to work together with you and help you learn in a way that is best suited to you!

What makes math hard for many is that lots of teachers don't fully explain the steps to solving problems, and why those steps make sense. I'm here to walk you through the process so that you understand every step of the way, and to make math feel less overwhelming!
I am happy to help with any specific questions you have, such as specific problems or specific concepts you're having trouble with. Or, if you just want a general foundation in a subject, I can come up with some original lesson plans to introduce you to some concepts!
