About Pedro
Hello! My name is Pedro, and I am a Physics student with research experience in relativity and differential geometry. I find a unique beauty in exploring and unraveling the mysteries of the universe, and sharing this passion is at the heart of my teaching approach. I have conducted research in numerical relativity, using math and computational tools to study space-time — yes, Einstein’s theory! This experience gives me a unique perspective to connect classroom concepts to real-world science, helping students see how the math and physics they learn can be applied to cutting-edge research and real-world problems. I am also interested in the science of learning, which motivated me to complete the iCanStudy Program, a science-backed course that taught me the most effective strategies for learning and retaining knowledge. This training allows me to help students not only understand physics and mathematics but also learn more efficiently, retain knowledge long-term, and truly enjoy the learning process.
