About Rixongile Fortunate
My name is Rixongile Fortunate Yingwane, and I am a passionate and dedicated teacher. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed when they are given the right support, attention, and encouragement.
I became interested in teaching because of my own experience at school. I noticed that some teachers were not always fully present or supportive to learners, and that motivated me to want to make a difference. I want to be the kind of teacher who supports, encourages, and pushes learners to do their best.
That is why I chose to study teaching. I am especially passionate about subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology, and I enjoy helping learners understand and build confidence in these areas.
As a teacher, I am committed to being present, patient, and attentive to my learners. I want every learner to feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving their goals.

My plan to reach my full potential as a teacher is to focus not only on teaching content but also on closely tracking and supporting my learners’ progress. I make it a priority to monitor each learner’s performance so I can quickly identify those who are struggling and give them the extra attention they need.
I believe in working closely with parents and guardians as well, especially for learners who need more support, so that we can work together to help the child improve.
With my Bachelor’s degree, I am able to teach Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology from Grade 4 to Grade 7. In addition, my National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering allows me to also teach Mathematics and Natural Sciences in Grade 8 and 9.
My goal is to keep improving my teaching strategies, support every learner according to their needs, and make sure no child is left behind. I am dedicated, flexible, and passionate about helping learners succeed.
