About Henry
I am a Mathematician with 6 months of experience teaching and tutoring at the top sixth form college in Birmingham. Often tutoring 30 individuals a week as well as teaching small classes mathematics.
I have helped many students pass their GCSE's and improve their A level grades.
I specialise in statistics, mechanics and finance but am well versed in all other areas of mathematics

My lessons are interactive, lively and positive. I strive for my students to learn a new skill each lesson and allows them to perfect this with additional worksheets and homework if they want extra work.
During the lesson, I often teach the methodology and explain why we are trying to solve said problem for the first 10 minutes of the class. I then will start of with basic examples which I will work through with the student and then I will allow the student to attempt harder problems solo, and try and promote individual thinking.

Details
In the first free lesson, I will find out the students needs, their level of ability and how best to approach the mathematical problems with them.
From here fees will be £20 in-person and online. These sessions will take place after 5pm on weekdays and any time on weekends.
Discounts will occur for bulk booking. Feel free to contact me personally if you wish to further discuss costs.
I will not travel out of my house for the session.
