Hi, I'm Sara! I'm a university mathematics student, swimmer, and fitness enthusiast who is passionate about helping others build confidence in their health and fitness journey.
Over the past several years, I have developed strong communication and teaching skills through tutoring and mentoring students of different ages. My experience has taught me how to break down complex ideas into simple, practical steps and adapt my approach to each individual's needs.
My own fitness journey has involved strength training, swimming, and learning how to build sustainable habits. I understand what it feels like to be a beginner, which is why I focus on creating a supportive, encouraging, and judgment-free environment.

My lessons focus on helping beginners build confidence in fitness, strength training, and healthy habits.
