About Arvin
Hey! I am currently a PhD student in Mathematics at University of Vienna. I have traveled all around the world talking about mathematics! My profile here in Upwork is new, but I have extensive experience in practical math education as I also have years of teaching under my belt. I am mainly offering personalized math tutorial sessions tailored to your specific needs.
As a PhD student, my technical proficiency is quite varied. I am comfortable with teaching pretty much all level of mathematics from elementary to university level. I specialize in university-level mathematics, but I have no problem grade school to high school math. I have, in my years of teaching in the university, managed to compile good references for my classes. If you do not have any particular references for yourself when you book my lessons, then we can go through these after we decide on an objective to focus on.
I'm trained as a professional academic mathematician, and as such, my focus has always been in understanding mathematics before anything else.
