i am a CIMSPA certified mat pilates instructor & holistic nutrition coach. my passion lies in helping people feel their best through mindful movement and nourishing food. i believe that movement has the power to transform your mental state and should be something you enjoy. i never regret a workout and my goal is for you to feel the same. i hope you leave every class feeling uplifted and confident in your body.
