About Emmeline
I am a passionate educator, who is motivated, flexible, resilient, organised and has a genuine interest in all children and their education and wellbeing. I can quickly build positive and constructive relationships with all students, their families and my co-workers. I have developed and demonstrated my understanding of the initiatives in student learning. I easily build relationships with my students – happy children learn best! I make sure my students feel supported and respected while demonstrating effective teaching strategies and assessing and monitoring student learning. I have demonstrated my ability to support students with additional needs or who exhibit complex and challenging behaviours. I have had many valuable experiences that have enabled me to develop many skills and understandings that are relevant to the profession. I also have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and experience in disability support and residential care.

I use a variety of teaching strategies, which are catered to individual students. I consider not only each child’s academic needs, but also their interests, and any behavioural and other needs.
The length of a lesson will depend on the child’s needs.
My qualifications include:

- Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology)
- Berry Street Educational (BSEM) training
