The way I teach is that I first like to understand what my student’s strengths and weaknesses are. I emphasise on the strengths while boosting the student to overcome their weaknesses. Specifically in English, a good vocabulary is a must. And to develop a good vocabulary, I suggest students to do some light reading. It helps develop a taste for reading which is essential for growth in this particular subject.
