About Hassan

I graduated from Kings College London with a Masters in Physics (MSci) in which I achieved a First Class Honors. I am currently working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms where I am completing the ACA qualification. I have a strong passion for teaching science, maths and finance related subjects. Currently I am taking MSc Computer Science at University of Edinburgh.

I have struggled with learning new information in the past but now understand that it is the way you are taught which affects the rate at which you learn. Schools only cater to one teaching style which does not work for everyone, and it has certainly not worked for me!

In my experience of tutoring, I have realised how diverse people are in terms of how they absorb information. Utilising this I ensure to bring out my students strengths when learning so that they gain more confidence in themselves. This then allows my students to understand that they may learn in ways that they had not considered before.

About the lesson

I have recently successfully set up my own tutoring business which I have called MindPlant. My aim is to being high quality, reliable tutoring services at an affordable price as tutors seem to be charging extortionate amounts for a similar quality of work.

I use data analytics to ensure my students' growth. Our first session is a free educational consulting session in which we come up with a plan to combat any weaknesses you have and get you your desired grade. We also help you understand how you learn most efficiently. I firmly believe that with the right coaching style, any student can get an A*, a 9, or a first class degree.
