About Mounica
I have worked as a tutor in a Non Government Organization called "Karthavya" while I was pursuing Masters back in India. I have taught to a class of about 25 students. I would teach the students in a playful and interactive way. The students were able to improve their percentage by about 20%. I have also worked as a finance tutor for student athletes while I was pursuing MBA in North Carolina. It was a one-to-one class. There is so much problem solving involved in finance. My problem solving skills developed during my Masters in Math helped me understand and teach Finance in a way that my students could easily understand. Overall I can say that I am an easy to go with teacher who encourages ideas from students and will always be there to help academically.

My style of teaching would be helping students learn math in an easy way and letting them know the applications of various math concepts. In this way the students can better understand what they are learning and why they are learning. My methods include letting students know how math and science can be used to solve complex real world problems in the field of technology and sciences. By this methodology, I believe I can grab the student's attention and make classes much more interactive and interesting. I encourage two way communication and I appreciate each student's approach to a problem. In this way the students can develop and nurture analytical and logical thinking skills.
