I live by the (self-created) moto that just because something affects you, it doesn't have to define who you are! I know this to be true because I have lived with moderate Cerebral Palsy since birth and I know that solutions aren't always simple.

I have more than 6 years experience in the mental health field helping people clarify and achieve goals to create the best version of themselves. I will partner with you and provide you with the the resources, feedback, tools, and support that you need to improve your wellness.
I have worked with clients aged 6 to aged 80 with all different sorts of conundrums. I pull from lots of resources and methods to create a plan that works for you!
