About Kuziva

As a dedicated and experienced tutor, I strive to provide high-quality, personalized lessons that empower students to excel in their legal studies or professional development. With over four years of legal experience, including roles as a Law Clerk and Trust and Estate Administrator, I have the practical expertise and academic background to guide students through complex legal concepts with clarity and precision.

About the lesson

Teaching Methodology and Techniques: I use an interactive, student-centered approach that focuses on developing both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. I believe in fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and engage with the material. I incorporate case studies, real-life examples, and legal research to make complex topics more accessible. I also provide personalized feedback to help students improve their skills, particularly in writing and analysis. Typical Lesson Length: Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted based on the needs of the student. I prefer to keep lessons concise and focused to maintain engagement and effectiveness. Qualifications and Experience: I hold an LLB from New Zealand and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Law. With over four years of experience working as a Law Clerk and Trust and Estate Administrator, I have developed a strong foundation in legal administration, trusts, estate management, and customer service. I also have experience in academic writing and have supported students in understanding the practical application of law. Target Audience: My lessons are ideal for students at the undergraduate or postgraduate level, as well as those preparing for a career in law or seeking support with legal administration, research, and writing skills. I also offer tutoring for those preparing for exams or looking to improve specific areas of legal practice.
