About Masoumeh

I’m a Master’s graduate in Medical Imaging with a strong academic and research background. Having prepared for IELTS myself, I know how challenging the process can feel, especially when you don’t know which strategies actually work. I achieved 8.5 in IELTS Listening and developed practical techniques that I would love to share with other students.

Alongside IELTS preparation, my Master’s degree gave me extensive experience in academic writing, research and literature reviews. I enjoy making difficult concepts simpler and showing students practical ways to approach IELTS tasks, structure their writing and develop academic work.

I’m not a traditional English teacher — my approach comes from real IELTS experience and postgraduate academic study. My goal is to share the strategies, writing structures and techniques that genuinely helped me, while adapting each session to the student’s individual goals.

My lessons are focused on practical IELTS preparation, rather than traditional English teaching. I can help you improve your Listening strategies, understand common IELTS question types, manage your time during the exam, and avoid common mistakes.

For IELTS Writing, I can provide clear writing structures and templates for Task 1 and Task 2, helping you organise your ideas, write stronger introductions and conclusions, develop paragraphs effectively, and understand what examiners are looking for.

I also support university students with academic writing and literature reviews. As someone who has completed a research-based Master’s degree, I can help you understand how to search for academic papers, organise a literature review, compare and critically discuss studies, structure your writing, and improve the clarity and academic style of your work.

My sessions are friendly, practical and personalised to your goals. Whether you are preparing for IELTS, struggling with academic writing, or starting your first literature review, I can guide you step by step and share the techniques, structures and resources that worked for me.
