About Jack
Masters graduate in Exercise Rehabilitation, and Bachelors graduate in Sport and Exercise Science. I have Lecturing experience in Sports Science and Physiology. I can tutor up to Masters level in a variety of subjects including nutrition, personal training sports injury rehabilitation, exercise physiology, biomechanics, exercise testing and prescription, strength and conditioning, and health promotion.

I focus on engaging students by, relating tutoring sessions to student’s prior knowledge, learning their interests, organising classroom discussions, and providing regular feedback on their progress and performance in activities.
