Taking lessons with Anshika was one of the best decisions I made in 2025. I came to see her because I’d always loved singing but in the last few years I felt I’d lost my voice. She has deep understanding of how our emotions (fear, grief etc) play out in our physical body. She is theoretically and technically highly skilled, and warm encouraging teacher. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Before my very first lesson, I was filled with performance anxiety and embarrassment over wanting to learn how to sing.

But in just two sessions, I already feel such a huge shift. Anshi creates such a safe and supportive space where I know I’m being helped, not judged. That sense of safety has allowed me to begin singing without all the fear that was stopping me.

Anshi’s teaching method is perfect for my neurodivergent mind. I don’t feel like I need to ask a million questions for deeper explanations which is rare for me.

If you’re looking for someone who is a safe place for you, and who will help you grow with kindness and encouragement, she is the teacher you want by your side. I’m looking forward to see how my singing/voice continues to evolve with future lessons.

Lessons with Anshi were awesome. She was very patient with my ADHD brain and really figured out how to connect with me and my way of learning. The online lessons were really catered for me and it was great having things to practice from week to week. Anshi was always on time and I appreciated her laid back nature as well as her wealth of music knowledge and talent. I highly recommend her as a singing teacher.

I've been taking weekly lessons with Anshika for a few months now. The lessons are fun and I always come away from each session feeling inspired. I don't have any background in singing so Anshika does a really good job at explaining concepts/techniques in different ways for me to understand. She's super encouraging and comes up with different exercises so things stay interesting each week.

Anshi is really amazing and cool . I always have so much fun with her and got to learn so much from her during all the lessons and outside the lessons too. She’s always helping with tips and tricks or even whatever question I have about music she will help me no matter what. Her unique way of teaching and modified techniques for every student is super helpful and amazing. It really shows that how much she cares for her students. She worked with our 8 year old son for a couple of years, introducing him to a wide variety of genres, working patiently to develop his very raw voice, and encouraging him to always give his best. I can safely say anshika ma’am was the best teacher I’ve ever had in my entire educational and extra curricular journey combined . She was the first teacher with whom I explored my Interest in western music and once she was the one to teach me I wanted to learn from no other teacher. She was so dedicated to teach that she held class initially specially for me in her new home that was yet to even be set up. The place that music holds in my heart and my life are all thanks to her. Anshika, has been my daughter’s music teacher for more than 2 years. She has also been her most favourite teacher. According, to my 13 year old daughter -“Amongst all the teachers from whom she has learnt so far, Anshika has been the one she has learnt from, the most.

Anshika, helped her identify her strength as well as weaknesses, gave her confidence to try new genres, stretched her limits, strengthened her basics and helped her grow like no other teacher did. All all this while she made her sessions so much fun and so informative. She did pieces, which my daughter loved, pieces that were popular. At the same time they attempted classical pieces recommended by various music boards, to help prepare for Trinity and Rockschool International exams. Anshika comes highly recommended from both me ( a parent ) as well as my daughter ( the student ). She will help you discover something new everyday as a part of her sessions and keep your passion for music ignited always. As a teacher, she is fun, encouraging, positively assertive and a lovely person indeed. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their mentor.

She is very patient and kind with her students. I am a slow learner as I have my own pace of learning music, alongside my job and other routine work. She has not only helped me establish a set routine for warm ups but also, made me practice the tiniest issues in all the lessons.
On days when I couldn't understand a single concept, she would find other ways to get it through.

Anshika has been teaching my daughters music for more than two years. She effortlessly made the transition from on-site to online lessons.
Both girls, who have very different voices, have blossomed under her tutelage, and are increasingly picked for singing solos in school.
My younger daughter was only 5 when she started, and fell asleep during the first couple of online lessons. Anshika changed the format of her lessons to a story based format, and they were off to the races.
My older daughter views her both as a music guru, and a confidante, and their relationship (and frankly her singing) have evolved into something beautiful over the last two years.
Both girls wake up early for their singing lesson on Sunday, and are always eager to jump out of bed to learn music.
