About Eric
I am a recent Masters graduate in Sociology and Social Research from Aston University, having previously completed a Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati in America. Having had previous experience working in education as a teaching assistant, as well as mentor for foster children, I want to begin formally tutoring so that I can continue to aid students looking to excel in the social sciences.

I believe that academic success is largely down to positive habits and organisation, as much as it is actual intelligence. It is important that I understand the needs of the student, prior to offering my services, so I can assess what the best strategy is to help them achieve their goals. Everyone is different, that is why I pride myself on being flexible. I want to work with the student, rather than instruct them. I will always provide thorough feedback, be it positive or constructive, so the student can understand where they are excelling and what they can improve upon. All in all, I want to be able to provide insightful tips on transferable study skills, whilst also delivering assistance to specific queries with my multidisciplinary subject knowledge.
