I am a second grade teacher who loves to teach all subjects. In my free time I train people for half marathons or walk dogs! I love scary movies and reading books. I have taught for three years now, and in the process of getting my principal certification.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand concepts deeply, build confidence, and develop strong problem-solving skills. I tailor each lesson to the student's learning style, pace, and goals, creating a supportive and engaging environment where questions are always encouraged.
I explain concepts clearly using simple examples, guided practice, and interactive discussions. I encourage active participation and provide regular feedback to help students strengthen their understanding and become independent learners.
Lessons begin with a quick review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new concepts through clear explanations and practical examples. We then work through exercises together, ending with a summary of key points and recommendations for further practice.
I adapt every lesson to the individual student rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My focus is on building long-term understanding, confidence, and effective exam and problem-solving strategies.
