About Vithusiga
One of the reasons for me becoming a teacher is to contribute to my community in a meaningful way. Teaching is one of the most direct ways to make an impact, and I am driven by the desire to help those around me, being a teacher is an invaluable contribution.
I grew up in a high-needs area and I am personally connected to the struggle of students who come from low-income neighbourhoods and go to schools with little funding; this sort of perspective allows me to recognise how much of a difference a devoted teacher can make.

I use these methods to teach: teacher-centred methods, learner-centred methods, content-focused methods and interactive/participative methods.
An active learning style is best suited for interactive lessons. Both the teacher and the student are engaged in the teaching style and learning process which helps the student gain knowledge.
Typical length of a lesson will be: 1 hour
