About Suneta

Hi, I'm Suneta! I'm a Master of Banking & Finance graduate from Monash University with over four years of professional experience in finance and advisory roles across Singapore and Australia. Alongside my career, I've been tutoring casually for the past eight years - supporting students of all ages with their English, reading, and writing.

Strong written and verbal communication has been at the heart of every role I've held, and tutoring has always been something I've come back to because I genuinely love it. There's something rewarding about helping a student go from struggling with an essay structure to writing one they're proud of, or watching a young reader light up when a tricky passage finally clicks.

My students describe me as patient, organized, and encouraging. I believe every learner is different, and I take the time to understand what each student needs before tailoring my approach. Eight years of tutoring has taught me how to adapt, whether that's breaking concepts down for a primary school reader, coaching a high schooler through VCE essays, or helping an adult learner sharpen their professional writing.

About the lesson

As a Master of Banking & Finance graduate with 4+ years of professional experience, I bring strong analytical and writing skills to every lesson. My approach is personalised - I tailor each session to the student's level, goals, and learning style, with clear structured feedback and practical techniques to build long-term confidence.

Lessons typically run for 60 minutes, with 90-minute sessions available for essay work or exam preparation. I work with students of all levels, including primary and high school students (VCE/HSC), university students, and adult learners looking to sharpen their academic or professional writing. I also support students preparing applications for business school, including personal statements and admissions essays

We'll focus on what matters most to you: comprehension, grammar, essay structure, argument development, or building reading fluency. Every student gets a clear plan, regular progress check-ins, and feedback you can act on straight away.

Available in-person across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, or online Australia-wide.
