Fred provided maths tutoring for my son before he took his GCSEs in 2017. At all times I found him to be courteous, friendly, reliable and professional in his capacity as tutor and my son always looked forward to the sessions with Fred. He was very much at ease in his company and enjoyed the sessions. Fred always turned up on time and had researched the exam board and brought along relevant material to study to include past exam questions. My son was completely at ease in his company and enjoyed his maths sessions with Fred.
I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting extra help with maths.

My son gained a B (with his raw score just 9 away from an A) which we were most happy with and this helped him gain a place at sixth form in a grammar school to study for A Levels.

I have know Fred all his life, and have followed his academic progress with special interest. He has been a diligent student all through school and University, always looking for a proper understanding of a subject rather than "just enough to get through", and over time we have had many long - and fascinating - talks about his progress so far, work-in-hand and plans for the future.
As a Maths tutor myself, I can see a really good depth of understanding of that particular subject - plus the (closely-related) Physics, which coupled with his natural energy and enthusiasm I am confident will be helpful to any student.
