About Ezra

I am a violin tutor with over 6 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Orchestral Studies, specialising in violin. I believe technology can greatly enhance learning, so I use tools like slow-down apps, DAWs, MIDI notation, and video feedback to help students analyse and refine their playing. These resources make practice more effective and engaging. My passion extends beyond classical music. I love teaching genres such as Jazz Violin, Rock Strings, and Indie Folk. Improvisation is one of my strengths, and I enjoy creating custom backing tracks that inspire creativity and personal expression. This approach helps students develop their own unique sound. I tailor lessons to fit each student’s style and goals. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced player, I’m here to support your growth. About the lesson

My teaching approach for violin focuses on building strong technique while nurturing emotional expression. I believe practice should be both focused and enjoyable. I encourage regular, mindful practice habits and use creative exercises to keep motivation high. My goal is to help students express themselves fully through their violin playing while gaining confidence and joy in every performance.
