About Kota
I am a lifelong learner and have worn multiple hats regarding my career choices over the past decade. I worked as a Biotech Researcher, Health and wellness coach, Customer facing roles, Freelance Tutor, Freelance UX designer and learned new skills through certification programs in Project management and now broadening my skill set in Digital Marketing and AI methodologies while being a stay-at-home mom to a very naughty and adorable 4-year-old boy.

I am approachable and an active listener. I teach based on how kids respond when I ask them about a particular section or lesson and then cater to their needs either through a straightforward cue card approach, explaining through real-world examples, providing them with an outline, or giving them small assignments to expand their knowledge. Every student's way of learning is different, so I base my teaching practices on keeping them in mind. Working as a biotech researcher and an associate project coordinator for the human genetics thalassemia project has broadened my knowledge and helped me gain confidence.
