About Anthony
I specialize in transforming hesitant users into confident, independent technology operators. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by your computer, you've come to the right place. My training is built on a comprehensive, hands-on approach that covers everything from foundational skills to advanced system knowledge: Operating System Mastery: I'll guide you past the confusion of desktop clutter, making you comfortable with Windows and Mac navigation, file organization (including cloud storage), and essential productivity tools like efficient window management and settings adjustments. Security & Software Confidence: We eliminate installation anxiety. I teach best practices for safely installing and uninstalling software, establishing strong digital security habits, recognizing scams, and creating reliable data backup strategies (like the 3-2-1 Rule) to protect your most important files. Hardware Demystified: Want to understand the machine itself? I break down complex components like the CPU, RAM, and Storage so you know exactly how your computer works. I also provide expert guidance on building and configuring custom machines tailored perfectly to your needs, ensuring longevity and performance. My goal isn't just to fix a problem, but to empower you to become your own Tech Hero. Let's get started on building your confidence!
