About Willow
I am a violin teacher with 10 years of experience helping Beginners and Adult Learners develop their skills and confidence. I enjoy creating a supportive learning environment where students can improve comfortably and enjoy their musical progress.
My teaching focuses on making violin techniques easy to understand through clear explanations and practical exercises. Students develop bowing, finger placement, intonation, rhythm, tone quality, and musical expression through consistent practice.
Every student has different goals and abilities, so I customize lessons to match their needs. Whether learning for performances, exams, or personal enjoyment, I provide patient guidance and continuous encouragement.

Violin lessons are planned to help students develop strong fundamentals while enjoying the learning process. Each session includes demonstrations, practice exercises, and guidance that improve technique, confidence, and musical expression at a comfortable pace.
Students learn posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, shifting, vibrato, rhythm, sight reading, ear training, tone production, and music theory. Lessons help students improve accuracy and develop a smoother, more expressive violin performance.
Students receive helpful feedback, practice routines, and progress reviews to support continuous improvement. Whether preparing for concerts, exams, auditions, or learning for personal interest, lessons help students build confidence and enjoy playing the violin.
