About Alex

I have studied with some of the most reputable trombone teachers in the DFW metroplex. My goal in life is to impart the lessons I have learned from all of my mentors, and use it to help my students grow. As an active performer in the metroplex, I have performed with such groups as The Dallas Winds, Dallas Opera, East Texas Symphony, and prominent religious institutions.

Former DFW band director specializing in low brass. Master’s Degree in Trombone Performance from Texas Christian University and Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Texas A&M-Commerce. Over 8 years of experience teaching band in Lewisville ISD, Frisco ISD, and Arlington ISD. Lessons available in English and Spanish.
