About Tajmah
Hi, I'm Tajmah, a certified educator and instructional leader with over seven years of experience in teaching, curriculum implementation, and academic coaching. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and I have worked extensively in middle school education, supporting student achievement in science, math, and overall academic development.
Throughout my career, I have served as both a classroom teacher and a grade-level instructional leader, helping students improve academic performance while also training and mentoring other educators. This dual experience allows me to understand learning challenges from both a student and teacher perspective, which strengthens my ability to adapt instruction effectively.
I specialize in creating structured, engaging, and supportive learning environments where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and building mastery over time. My approach is grounded in clear instruction, guided practice, consistent feedback, and strategies that promote long-term understanding rather than short-term memorization.

Hi, I'm Tajmah, an experienced educator, instructional leader, and academic coach with over seven years of experience helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. I hold a Master's degree in Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and I specialize in science, math, study skills, and academic support for middle school, high school, and early college learners.
My teaching approach is student-centered, engaging, and focused on building deep understanding rather than memorization. I believe every student can succeed when instruction is tailored to their learning style, strengths, and goals.
