About Ivy
My teaching methodology for Spanish focuses on five key techniques: communication, problem-solving, flexibility, accountability, and cultural sensitivity. I encourage open dialogue, helping students express themselves in Spanish confidently. I present real-life scenarios to develop critical thinking and practical language skills. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s learning style and pace, ensuring a personalized approach. I set clear goals and encourage students to take responsibility for their progress, fostering independence. Additionally, I integrate cultural aspects into lessons to deepen understanding and appreciation of the Spanish-speaking world. This methodology not only improves language skills but also prepares students for meaningful conversations and connections.
