About Olivia
I am currently a psychology student at University of Birmingham, used to be online English TA for about one year, creating a warm and positive atmosphere for my students, and assist teacher to communicate with students better. Besides, I used to tech my cousin Chinese for about three months, both speaking and writing, he made huge progress and help him to have a solid foundation knowledge about Chinese.

Firstly, I will pay attention on increasing the passion of the students, such as tell my students about the history or culture, which may increase his/her passion about this language. In addition, I tend to encourage my students all the time, this can be a confidence-growth process, making him/her believes that he/she have the potential and ability to learn this language. While my students have difficulties, I will always be patient, leading them to find the most suitable way to get through the barriers. Besides, according to the different personality of each students, I will apply different teaching strategies for them to have a better learning experience.
