• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  My core subjects—Physics, Mathematics, and Science—have always fascinated me because they explain how the world works at both fundamental and practical levels. My interest developed during my school years when I realized that these subjects are not just theoretical but deeply connected to real-life applications. Solving numerical problems, understanding scientific phenomena, and exploring logical reasoning gave me a sense of clarity and satisfaction. Over time, this curiosity turned into a strong academic interest and eventually a professional choice.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My primary motivation for choosing teaching comes from my own learning journey and the teachers who made complex concepts simple and engaging. I realized that a good teacher can significantly influence a student’s confidence and understanding. I wanted to play a similar role in students' lives—helping them overcome fear of subjects like Physics and Maths, and guiding them toward conceptual clarity. Teaching also allows me to continuously learn and grow, which keeps me motivated.

• How does your work help society?

  Education is the foundation of a progressive society, and as a tutor, I contribute by building strong conceptual understanding in students. By helping students develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific temperament, I am preparing them not just for exams but for real-world challenges. In the long run, well-educated individuals contribute positively to society, innovation, and informed decision-making.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I look up to educators who focus on conceptual clarity and student engagement rather than rote learning. My role model is any teacher who can simplify complex ideas and inspire curiosity in students. I admire individuals who make learning interactive, relatable, and meaningful, as I believe that’s the essence of effective teaching.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I enjoy activities that keep me mentally active and refreshed. I like solving puzzles and logical problems, which further sharpens my analytical thinking. I also enjoy reading about new developments in science and technology, as it helps me stay updated and bring fresh perspectives into my teaching. Additionally, I value spending time on activities that help me maintain a balanced and disciplined lifestyle.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One memorable experience from my teaching journey involved a student who initially struggled with Physics, especially numerical problems. The student lacked confidence and often felt overwhelmed. I focused on breaking down concepts into smaller, manageable parts and used real-life examples to explain them. Over time, the student not only improved academically but also developed confidence and started enjoying the subject. Seeing that transformation was extremely rewarding and reinforced my belief in the impact of patient and concept-focused teaching.
