Master Mandarin Chinese with 10 Years’ teaching experience, London, bespoke private lessons for adults, HSK1-6, standard pronunciation, CELTA qualified

Jiaqi was my Mandarin teacher for years and I thoroughly enjoyed every class with her. Skilled, patient and warm, she is a fine teacher who utilises various methods - from quizzes to games - to make learning really fun and engaging. Thanks to her I am still very much focused on my language learning, and feel my progress has improved so much over the years. I would highly recommend Jiaqi for anyone looking for a great and diligent Mandarin tutor!

Jiaqi is such a lovely teacher to learn Chinese with. She’s patient, easygoing and has a really good way of explaining things without ever making you feel silly for getting something wrong.

What I like most is that lessons never feel stiff or overly academic. You actually end up using the language, having proper conversations and gradually becoming more confident without really noticing it happening.

She’s knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely good company too, which makes a huge difference when you’re learning something as difficult as Chinese. I’d definitely recommend her.

I've been with Jiaqi for about 5 years now. She's been phenomenal and I credit every bit of my progress to her. Paired with my trips to China and Taiwan, I've become so expressive in 汉语 and every compliment I receive, I always remind them 就是因为我老师太努力了。没有她，我绝不会到达这高度！

I'd recommend her for any learner at any level without a thought.

加油，老师！
