Master's from the University of Exeter, UK. Six years as an HR Business Partner in the automotive industry—where I was the go-to trainer for my organization, and three years teaching Chinese in-person.
That background shaped how I teach: I quickly diagnose your needs, design targeted content, and refine my approach until you see measurable progress.

My approach? Structured but never rigid. I design every lesson with clear goals and materials—but I'm ready to shift gears the moment you need something different. Grammar happens naturally through real conversation. One focus: getting you where you said you wanted to go.
