About Srinivas
I hold a Master’s degree in Computational Data Science from NITK Surathkal, one of India’s premier institutes, where I developed a strong foundation in advanced mathematics, statistics, and analytical problem-solving. My academic background has trained me to approach challenging mathematical problems logically and systematically.
As a tutor, I focus on creating a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students can ask questions freely and learn at their own pace. I believe mathematics becomes much easier when complex ideas are explained clearly, so I break difficult concepts into simple steps and use practical examples to build understanding. My goal is not just to help students solve individual problems, but to develop their conceptual understanding and confidence so they can approach new problems independently.

My teaching approach is focused on making mathematics simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. I believe students learn best when they understand the logic behind a concept rather than simply memorizing formulas. I break complex topics and difficult problems into smaller, manageable steps and use simple examples to explain the underlying ideas. I also encourage students to ask questions and actively participate rather than simply listening to the explanation.
A typical class begins with a quick discussion of the student's current understanding and the topic they want to work on. I then explain the concept step by step, demonstrate a few examples, and gradually move to more challenging problems. I pay attention to the student's mistakes and use them as opportunities to identify gaps in understanding. Towards the end of the class, I give the student problems to solve independently so that I can make sure they are comfortable applying what they have learned.
