About Mandeep
Worked as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) teacher, where I focused on fostering enquiry-based learning and developing global-minded, lifelong learners. During this time, I planned and delivered transdisciplinary lessons that integrated various subject areas, encouraged critical thinking, and promoted student agency. I created engaging classroom environments that supported collaboration and creativity, aligning with the IB’s learner profile attributes and fostering students’ intellectual, emotional, and social growth. Following my experience with the IB, I transitioned to teaching in the UK, where I adapted my approach to align with the British National Curriculum. I focused on helping students meet high academic standards while incorporating interactive and differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs. My international experience enabled me to bring a global perspective to the classroom, enriching my students’ understanding of the world while fostering inclusivity and cultural awareness.
