About Zach
I hold a Master’s degree in Science and have undergone rigorous mathematical training throughout both high school and college, consistently earning top grades. With experience teaching math for over 8 years, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative impact of effective tutoring. Many of my students have significantly improved their grades, gaining both confidence and a deeper understanding of the subject. My strong educational background and hands-on teaching experience uniquely position me to help students excel in math.

As a tutor, my approach is centered on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I focus on understanding each student’s individual needs, strengths, and challenges. I assess their current understanding and tailor lessons to address specific gaps in knowledge while building on their strengths. I encourage active participation through discussions, problem-solving exercises, and real-life applications of math concepts to make learning relevant and enjoyable. Besides, one goal of my lessons is to encourage students to view challenges as opportunities for learning, which helps build their confidence in math.
My lessons are useful for daily math problems in middle school and high school, as well as SAT test preparation.
