About Carol

I am a positive person who has a positive enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well. I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, and I have a strong ability to plan and organize effectively; something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher. I adapt my style or teaching methods, when needed, to deliver consistent results.

About the lesson

I treat every person as the individual that they are, catering to specific needs. Integrated effective online teaching methods will be used like, Experiment with graphic presentations, Use of virtual whiteboard, Flipped classroom methods, exercising healthy discussions and debates with the students, etc. Each week, students generally must complete a set of required readings, participate in all online lectures, discussion classes and debates, and also finish an assignment. The students will move on from most introductory topics the class covers to the most advanced. I am a strong communicator, I listen well, very adaptable, engaging, empathetic, value real-world learning. Classes are intended from Grade 1 to 12. All kids are welcome!
