I am old school so follow well proven techniques, read and write your things to remember! But things are changing and the introduction of the web and media enable everyone to learn across the globe. Human mind doesn't focus when the subject is dry and confusing. Brick by brick we got to undo it and learn it with passion. I have been studying for the past 20+ years starting with my A levels and Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biology specialising in the plants and food crops we eat (Agriculture). I have been working as a Train manager for a reputable rail company and I don't want my knowledge to be wasted. Time and effort well paid when I pass my knowledge to others and help achieve their potential.
