About Ken
At San Diego State I taught mathematical concepts, worked problems on the board and then brought students to the board to work problems. At the board I would help the student with the problem until they felt confident that they could solve the problem and understood the mathematical concept.

I enjoy sharing the interest and learning in the sciences and mathematics with students. We work problems together and I guide students along in solving math problems until they can solve them by themselves. Imparting confidence and understanding is a trait of my teaching.
